I really enjoyed reading your perspective on co-teaching. I agree that having two teachers in the classroom creates more opportunities to meet students' individual needs while also exposing them to different teaching approaches. I especially liked your point about the positive impact on both students and teachers. Strong collaboration can make the classroom more engaging and supportive for everyone. It's wonderful that you've had such positive experiences working alongside ESL teachers.
