Mod 11 Discussion: Teaching Critical Literacy

The strategy that I found interesting and that I could use in my classroom is the Bookmark Technique. I could use this technique when we are doing a book study on Because of Winn-Dixie. This gives students the opportunity to write their response, or draw it, whichever they are comfortable with. Every student's work will be different.
