Discussion: Final Reflection
Final Reaction
As an ESE teacher that primarily works with grades PK-2nd grade, I have found that many strategies I have already put in place help my ESOL students. This is important academically and socially. Students will start to emulate other students by human nature. These small acts of success will help create a positive learning environment for all students.
Redirecting, scaffolding, repeating, showing pictures, grouping students heterogeneously all creates a positive learning environment for ESOL students.
