Formative Assessment I’ve Used Successfully: One formative assessment I've used with success in the past is an Exit Ticket. At the end of a lesson, I have students quickly write down one thing they learned, one thing they found challenging, and a question they still have. This helps me gauge students' understanding of the material, identify concepts that might need further review, and address individual learning needs. The success of this assessment comes from its simplicity and quick turnaround. It gives me valuable insight into how well students have grasped the content and what areas may require more attention in future lessons.

Formative Assessment Approach I’d Like to Use Moving Forward: One approach from this module that I’d like to use is peer assessments. Allowing students to assess each other's work not only gives them a chance to reflect on their own understanding, but also teaches them how to give constructive feedback. I find this valuable because it encourages collaboration, helps build communication skills, and allows students to see different perspectives on the same material. By using peer assessments, I can create a classroom environment where students feel more involved in their learning and develop critical thinking skills as they evaluate their peers' work.
