Module 14 Discussion: What Has Changed?

Just like every other part of teaching, our methods and strategies keep seem to constantly change. I think we put too much time into using technology in our classrooms in order to make learning engaging and fun - when in fact, learning is not always fun, but a necessity.  I think we just did fine learning material the way we did 20 years ago, using textbooks and pencil and paper.  In fact, I think we were better at written expression, spelling, grammar, etc. because it was all incorporated into our writing.  Now kids an use AI to write for them - they aren't learning anything by doing that!
