Module 16 Discussion: Reading and the Second Language Learner

This is actually the scenario in my classroom right now! My one ELL came with zero English , so while my students do independent comprehension work I am pulling him up with me to do phonics and kinder level reading work, he has already mastered alot of phonics skills!
