Each ELL outcome is a specific way to promote educational progression and awareness. Although each outcome is different they all coincide with one another to ensure that each language learner has an opportunity to grow.

Outcome 1 promotes first language content instruction along with bilingual class immersion which means that the student gets a sense of transition from native language more than a conversion encouraging the student to learn in both languages.

Outcome 2 ensures that each educator is prepared to teach each student effectively to have a fair chance of learning. This important for growth of ELL students to reassure that the standards are held in place for them. This also helps each educator prepare for any language barrier obstacles they may face.

Outcome 3 is another way to help encourage and promote progression of ELL students within their content area. Providing ELL instruction in these areas often helps students with understanding content and the assignments with the content.

Outcome 4 holds each educator to a standard of fair opportunity for the student. This outcome focuses on the development of ELL students with making sure teachers show integrity by offering the tools necessary for bilingual growth inside the classroom no matter how long a student takes to learn English.
