Letter of the Day: Pp says /p/

ELA.K.F.1.1: Demonstrate knowledge of the basic concepts of print.

  1. Preproduction: Identify if these are words or letters by giving a thumbs up or down. (auditory only)

  2. Early Production: Point to a printed word in the story.

  3. Speech Emergent: Identify if the print item begins with p or /p/. Place the printed picture into a yes or no pile.

  4. Intermediate Fluency: Sort the print items into the correct beginning letter sound category.

  5. Advanced Fluency: Write the missing beginning and ending sounds of the cvc print.
