Self-Assessment

I have learned a lot about being able to assist and teach the ESOL scholars ins my classes.  have researched and learned a lot of things that I would like to implement in my classroom oor that I have learned a more effective way to implement. I have had several conversations with my teammates about ideals  that I have and would like to utilize in class  that would not only benefit my ESOL scholars but that could assist with reaching my LPQ's as well.
