Mod 13 Video Discussion

In my school, we have 4 paraprofessionals who work with the ESOL students in their classrooms.

In addition, there are two ESOL teachers (I am one of them). One of the teachers works also as an English Development teacher.  The paraprofessionals assist the students in their regular classrooms covering all the subjects. They meet with the teachers to discuss areas where the students need more support.
