Mod 13 Discussion: Aligning Curriculum

In regard to planning curriculum, while I always acknowledge steps I and II, my primary focus is responding to the students needs and regularly assessing their progress in mastering the content.  While the standards are their to guide us, I am there for the students to assist them in mastering these skills. I will do so to the best of my ability based on their individual needs.
