Mod 11 Discussion: Teaching Critical Literacy

I really enjoyed the alternative text and bookmarking technique.  I would also like to use Reading logs and other tools in the classroom this year.  I can see the alternative text being something I can use frequently to encourage writing and group discussions and I like the Bookmark technique for independent reading.
