Scenario Response 2

I feel that a successful strategy may be to pair this student with a mentor student.  This would ideally be another student that has already successfully navigated the process that the current student is going through.  I have found this to be an effective intervention strategy and this could definitely encourage and activate more learning through observation and sharing.  The mentor student could prove to be a positive role model for this student and help them to engage more in the effective use of new words, methods, and vocabulary.
