Self-Assessment

This has been great on refreshing ELL best practices. Love how it reinforced that there is no real need to correct students at the beginning of their learning and thus it actually just makes their whole learning process harder. I love seeing how all different theories and best practices can adapt to ELL and its promising that was are still encouraging change for a better experience for all students.
