Mod 10 Video Discussion

This teacher takes a typical approach to phonics by teaching a rule and then showing the exceptions. Now for the video shown it was at a fundamental level so why the advice of try it according to the rule but if it doesn't sound right go with the other one works for native speakers it might not work as well for those that are trying to learn a language especially in a kindergarten or grade 1 setting that their exposure is rather limited.
