Mod 10 Video Discussion

As a high school biology teacher, I don’t teach phonics on this level, but when I hear a student struggling with a word or know that a word is not yet known, I say it aloud and often teach the rule for the word and like words. I liked how this teacher had the learner look for patterns and try the most likely sounds first.
