Scenario Response 1

The presentation would be in a PowerPoint/Google Slide format. 

Introduction: Have a "Welcome" slide with the greeting in different languages. I would ensure that there are enough tables and chairs so families can stay together.  I would also make sure to have another facilitator with me, possibly an ESOL Para, to make sure that there is support for not only me but the families as well. 

The presentation will go over classroom procedures and expectations, but will also provide pictures and translations when needed. There will be a time given after each slide for possible questions for the families to ask me and the other facilitator, as well as a general question time after the whole presentation.
