The teachers did a terrific job in differentiating and creating an atmosphere where learning can be the apex of attention. The classroom routines were concise and fluent which made differentiation and scaffolding simple. Learners worked in pairings and were engaged over the content and respectful.

I do a lot of the same tactics within my own classroom. I provide pauses between questions and responses to allow learners to think about the question, but maybe I allow to long of a pause. Transitioning between activities is something I am trying to get better at. I find that on occasion I lose learner engagement because it is not as seamless. If I direct these instruction more regularly and at the beginning of the year I hope that it will turn out as well as it did in the videos.

Trasnitions are definitely a struggle with many teachers. Just stay consistent with the procedures.
