1-  With longer period of engagement with the first language students have a better understanding of their words and vocabulary for bilingual immersions

2- When teacher have been trained and understand the differences  of an ELL student and a native english speaker they can properly teach ell students in a general classroom. 

3- ELA goes a across curriculum within social studies , science, and math. To understand necessary topics in those subjects students must understand the vocabulary and languages. 

4- Educators shouldn’t be so concerned with the ELL label and how long but making sure those students are exposed to native english speakers and teachers have the necessary materials to teach.
