Mod 8 Video Discussion

I would love to be able to incorporate would Ms. Leclair did in her video.  By using relevant and compelling topics, you can use complex literature to teach your students as the more relevant the topic, the more sources there are to provide your students.  I'd begin with less complex literature, and work our way through to more complex texts as my students progress.  This allows me to utilize a scaffolding approach and self assessments as a guide to determine when I can increase the complexity of the lesson
