Mod 5 Video Discussion

a great criterion based assessment I would utilize and have utilized is quarterly quiz assessments that test prior lesson knowledge and a few questions that discuss what the upcoming lesson is about.  this allows me to know if there are any deficiencies in the prior lessons that we've already learned, especially in areas that mastery is needed to move forward as well as knowledge of the upcoming lesson that lets me know what students already know.  I can now curtail group assignments and my directions based on what each student needs and I can alter who is in smaller groups to assure that I can pair the rights students with one another to ensure growth and mastery.
