The grouping approach I would take is the group accountability approach. With this the students will all have a role in the group which makes it easy to differentiate for those that struggle. Students that struggle with reading can take on a discussion role while those that struggle with speaking can read or write for the group. They can all help each other out in the group while still having a role to work on. They will on be engaged and on task as they have their own part to complete and they can learn about the new groups they are in and work together.
