Mod 19 Discussion: Taking the Lead on Literacy

A content area that should be used in all subjects is teaching students how to identify unfamiliar words. For all subjects, it is important to spend a few minutes going over vocabulary words that students do not know. In some subjects such as reading, students can be taught how to figure out words unfamiliar words in the story.
