Mod 10 Video Discussion

I liked the teacher’s method for teaching the ow sound, and I try to follow a similar format in my classroom.  I begin by teaching the standard rule and then showing examples of that rule in action so that it is established.  I then follow that up by showing an example that doesn’t follow the rule, which allows the students to understand exceptions that may occur.  I then finish by showing one final example which goes back to the standard rule, so that it is reiterated.
