Mod 13 Discussion: Aligning Curriculum

Regularly assessing whether students are mastering the content & skills in the lesson/unit is important. Curriculum goals are aligned and students are tested on a consistent basis. Testing takes place at the beginning, middle, & end of the school year. We also test students after every unit in language live books. Additional benchmark testing is done three times a year as well. These tests collect data and help teachers see if students are moving or staying at the same place academically.
