For my curriculum goals and working with students, making sure I respond to each student's different needs for instructional support (ELA Criteria III) is the top priority. Since I teach a diverse group, it's crucial to know and adapt to each student's unique strengths and individual challenges. This way, everyone gets the help they need to understand the material and develop their skills. It's about making sure every student has a fair shot at success, no matter where they're coming from or what their previous knowledge is.
