Mod 2 Discussion: What the Research Means to Me

⁤As a high school journalism teacher, I think the key is  to focus on English-language classes where students can interact with others and have supportive teachers. Peer learning is very important.  I⁤t's also important to give ELL's  more time with content instruction in their first language and make sure they can join other classes too. ⁤⁤Teachers should be ready to help ELLs in regular classes, and English learning should be part of all of their other subjects.
