Reflection on Assignment 1

Getting student information and interpreting the data took the most thought. Some of the information I needed was not on our school’s server, therefore I needed to go to the cumulative folders and address student data. The most challenging part was to devise a plan to address goals focused on addressing students’ learning gaps. But with thought and creativeness I was able to come up with ideas of how to shrink the learning gaps. Students continue to struggle with comprehension and vocabulary, however, they have tools to address their individual needs.
