Over 50% of students are reading at least two levels below grade level:

Repeated reading, use technology, peer reading, choral reading, echo reading. By addressing these area of learning will help close the gap of learning. Fluency has a major impact on student’s comprehension. Students read aloud a portion of text (perhaps a 100-word chunk, or the first couple of paragraphs). The teacher or another student gives feedback, and the student tries it again. This repetition continues three times or until the student can read it with 99% accuracy, at more than 100 words per minute, and with expression that suggests successful comprehension (White, et al., 2021).

5 students are bilingual, at the beginner level:

Phonemic awareness, Phonics and word study, fluency, vocabulary, reading comprehension. With direct and explicit instruction, this fluency training has an impact on decoding ability, which definitely helps individuals at the beginner level.

2 students are special education:
