Mod 13 Discussion: Aligning Curriculum

When responding to students’ various needs, it’s crucial to develop a supportive and inclusive learning environment to see all learners as being successful. Differentiated Instruction, a strategy that accounts for students learning needs, interest and abilities, has proven to be a successful strategy when applied to a diverse classroom. Tailoring instruction; using personalized and flexible instruction to meet the various needs of the students provides opportunities for growth. Also, by providing individuals with various learning resources, caters to the diverse learning styles of the individual student.
