Module 8 Video Response

After watching this video, I immediately thought of teaching writing in my classroom.  I teach 4th grade, and one of the biggest challenges I have each year is getting my students prepared to take the FAST Writing test.  At the beginning of the year, many of my students have never written an essay and are very unfamiliar with the process.  I plan on using this exact video to show how we will improve our writing over the course of the year by giving each other honest and constructive feedback.  I also hope that it will help the students understand the concept of drafts, and that writing is a work in progress.
