Module 14 Discussion: What Has Changed?

High quality instruction still focuses on language acquisition within the framework of the content area.  But quality instruction now also includes individual student accountability not just group assignment completion.  Lessons now emphasize language proficiency focus on listening, speaking, reading, and writing. High quality instruction also includes students having active roles in the instruction and learning, not just passive, teacher-led content.
