I would have an overall training to introduce teachers to word analysis, visual integrations, and purposeful speaking initiatives and an overview of strategies to support them.  I would focus the training on strategies and tools for vocabulary, opportunities for listening, speaking, and integrating reading for proficiency. Each content area would have further targeted training for more specific guidance during a content area meeting at least once per week.
