Mod 7 Discussion: Data Action

My team of teachers meet weekly during common planning to discuss student data and implications for instruction, grouping, and need for extra support or referral to MTSS.  We group the students according to needs based on assessments.  Sometimes we schedule portions of the day where the students "walk to read" or "walk to math" so that instruction can be differentiated based on the most recent data from formal and informal assessments.
