I would make the training interactive and engaging and ask everyone to brainstorm andcome up with best practices. I would want to work on highly engaging strategies that will make students think critically about their responses, focus on establishing a school wide vocabulary plan to increase student knowledge of English, writing, and reading skills, and including way to scaffold which is building a bridge for students to make connections.
