Two things come to mind with TPR- a) the telephone game and b) the following directions 'quiz'. I use the TPR approach when we are working with verbs. Students play charades and come act our their verb and the other students have to guess what the verb is. They really enjoy it. I think it would be fun to use the telephone game with a direction- something of "turn the lights off" and see what they get at the very end.
