I will make sure the training is interactive and engaging. No one wants to sit through yet another training where the facilitator is just talking. It needs to be high-energy and interactive to get all attendees involved. During the training, I would focus on strategies that will help with vocabulary and how to tie the oral reading and vocabulary together.
