Scenario Response 3

Both students will go through a transition period, however, the student that studied extensively in her homeland would possibly have better learning skills. Both students would have to learn a language, culture, etc. The student that is uprooted may need additional support. The steps I would take are being patient with both students and taking things one step at a time, I would not overwhelm them with too much too soon. 

I would need to prepare for the lack of time. In order to prepare for that, I would make a schedule for each group of students.
