Some ways I'll incorporate the TDR Approach is by:

Organizing the whiteboard with regular information presented in a similar style and location daily. Using visual aids for content referencing, Tone/Pitch/Expression/Role Playing/ Pointing to important words, Establishing routine assignment and classroom management steps, assigning tasks requiring re teacher-student command/ step interactions.
