Module 1 Discussion: The Stages of Language Progression

I was surprised that there are so many stages in language acquisition in order to become fluent speakers. It is a difficult process for English learners let alone for Ell students. Teachers need to be proficient in teaching and helping Ell learners to communicate effectively.
