Scenario Response No. 7

I will regroup the students and use the principles of cooperative learning approach. I will create heterogeneous groups that intentionally mix students of varying academic abilities and diverse cultural backgrounds. Using this approach will help students develop stronger interpersonal skills, improved communication, and healthier peer relationships that can significantly influence their  academic growth.

To ensure both individual and group accountability, each student will be responsible for contributing to the final project by assigning roles while working interdependently as part of the team. Each group will be provided with expectations and goals. I also will incorporate peer evaluation to gather feedback on each member’s participation and effort, ensuring transparency and fairness in assessing and group evaluation. Additionally, assigning rotating peer leaders within each group will provide students with opportunities to strengthen their leadership skills and experience different collaborative roles.
