Mod 2 Discussion: Getting to Know Our Students and Why

I believe it is important to get to know your students so you can build a rapport and relationship with each of them in their own way. I found building these relationships the students get to feel comfortable in the classroom environment you built. When they feel comfortable, they give their best efforts and not afraid to make mistakes as well as willing to engage in classroom discussions and projects.
