What are some possible goals you could set to address the learning gaps and the standards?

In my experience with data and addressing gaps, my PLC groups have had success with small advances in student achievement. The group focuses on which students are closest to achieving the standard score, and which students are close to advancing to the next level closer to passing.

Our process is to identify which standards are not being met, and adjusting lessons and practice to address those standards between our meeting and the next assessment. We also meet with the students indivudually to discuss their scores and to encourage them to focus on the small advance instead of a huge, overwhelming picture.

When we receive the new data we continue this proces.
