Mod 7 Discussion: Data Action

Okay doke, so I hope I do this one correctly as I found this module to be a little all over the place organization wise. Of the four recommendations for action research, my main priority for improvement is the development of action plans specific to learning gaps. As is clear throughout the module, data is key. Knowing where to look for data and how to organize it and how to interpret it is all essential, but for me that is all old hat. I want to develop better uses of data reflection to help close learning gaps, since thats the real trick of it, especially since that will be the most varied as they need to both align with each student while also being synthesized into a class wide action plan to more effectively plan a lesson for remediation.
