Reflection on Assignment 2

Through Assignment 2 completion I gained insights into effective instructional modifications to address the varied requirements of my ESOL students. I discovered how visual supports along with flexible grouping and tiered assignments enable me to make education accessible and interesting for students with different language proficiency levels.

The assignment taught me to regularly evaluate student achievements while modifying teaching approaches to better meet their needs. This experience reinforced my understanding about the crucial need for educators to establish inclusive classrooms which support both language development and content learning for every student. I plan to put these strategies into practice while improving my teaching methods through my future experience.
