Based on the information provided, this student is a field-dependent learner. He works well with his peers, his teachers, and overall classroom environment. As someone who is heavily influenced by the surrounding atmosphere, working in small groups would be very effective for this students. In order to further motivate this student he can work on a team where "rewards" or "treats" are offered as positive reinforcement for correct answers. With classmates, I believe this will help challenge him just enough to have some healthy competition without being overstimulated.
