First do some resource about the new families ( languages, believes and cultural traditions)

Create a warm inviting atmosphere in the room using multicultural posters and pictures of families from around the world.

Offer a cup of tea or coffee to the families as they enter the room and greet them with a warm smile. Then families can introduce themselves, share where they are from and highlight an unique tradition or practice from their culture.

Next, transition into a discussion about the education system, share practical tips on understanding the homework rules, how to communicate with teachers effectively, Provide resources in multiple languages for the families with calendars and events throughout the school year, including support program, recreational and sport activities.  Have a segment for questions. 

Introduce a hands-on activity where families participate, collaborate and interact to bridge cultural gaps. It can be a colorful art craft activity, a multicultural puzzle, or a cooking activity.
