Mod 10 Video Discussion

Teaching and learning varies day to day in my class. I act as an interventionist for the 4th grade team and help to remediate the students where they are falling short. I remediate benchmarks and the areas where the students are struggling. Most days my class is run in small group and each scholar has a list of tasks to complete before the end of class. When they rotate to my teacher led center, they should have all of the tasks from the center rotations completed. The scholars have been having discourse as it pushes them to engage in accountable talk with their peers. 

I have to engage in accountable talk with my co-teachers to discuss what the scholars need and where i can assist them. We pull data and talk to determine what we can implement in order to best push our scholars to move to the next level.
