1)  ELL students should be allowed the same opportunities to take electives such as Band, Culinary, PE or any other elective othere

2) Teachers should have the resources and techniques to prepare plans for ELLs.

3)  ELLs are given the ability to speak either language in practice.

4)  Focus on results and forward progress is more important than how long it takes them.
