Mod 15 Video Discussion

I appreciate the fact that one of the teachers explains what working together means and providing guidelines that the students can follow.  We can’t just tell students to work in groups without first explaining how that should be done.  He teaches good habits and sets criteria for what a good conversation looks like.  The students also know how to choose a different partner so that you get the opportunity to work with different styles.  You don’t just choose the same one person that you get along with, because that doesn’t allow you to practice growth of working with different personalities.
